“Hi, John Bellone here. Over the past few months, there has been a lot of speculation about the future of Bellone’s Music. After 55 years of our family serving the London music community, I’d like to take a moment of your time to announce my retirement. It may not be easy for some of you to hear, but this also means that this will be our last holiday season. It has given me great joy to watch generations of musicians grow up in London, and this was one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. The original plan was to make a fresh start at a new location in the new year, but after a lot of soul-searching we started to realize that it just wasn’t in the cards.

When is the store closing?
Starting in January we will operate with reduced hours, Friday and Saturday 11a-6p and Sundays 12-5p. We will remain open no later than March 29, 2019.
Are my product warranties still valid?
Absolutely! If you have a warranty claim, simply take the item and purchase receipt to your nearest authorized retailer.
How do I obtain a receipt?
Email email@example.com with your full name, phone number, address, and items requested. We will retrieve your receipts within 10 business days and respond via email.
What if my guitar needs adjustment?
If your guitar was purchased during a “free setup” promotional period, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, phone number, address, and item purchased. We will advise you of the best procedure to drop off the instrument.
What if my item needs repairing?
If the product is out of it’s manufacturer warranty period, we wholeheartedly recommend the private repair and setup services of both Greigg Fraser (Curly Maple Music – greiggfraser.com) and Mike Bonnell (Vintage Tonewheel Restorations – vintagetonewheels.ca).
